Zug, 25 February, 2021 – Ad hoc: LION E-Mobility AG officially announced the conversion of bearer shares into registered shares following a successful connection to the SIX SIS system. LION E-Mobility’s ISIN changed from CH0132594711 to the new ISIN CH0560888270. All shareholders will be informed automatically by their custodian banks. The share register of LION E-Mobility AG is kept at Computershare. The registration is done automatically by the custodian banks.

The former holders of bearer shares cannot exercise membership rights as long as they have not complied with their notification obligations. In addition, they can only assert property rights after fulfilling their statutory reporting obligations.
