LION E-Mobility AG: LION Smart GmbH announces application of another 13 patents

DGAP-News: LION E-Mobility AG / Key word(s): Patent/Research Update In addition to the 2 existing disclosure documents, LION Smart has filed further 13 patents in the course of this year. The specifications for a novel battery module concept have been registered at the German Patent and Trademark Office in Munich.
Among other things, patent applications have been filed in the field of thermal management of large battery systems, wireless data transmission systems within batteries, new connection technology for multicellular battery systems and methods for displaying load-bearing battery constructions. LION Smart is already working on a concept car in which the new, advanced battery technology will be presented to the public at the beginning of the second quarter. In particular, the battery technology is characterized by an extremely high energy density and charging speed. By registering these patents, LION E-Mobility intends to focus on achieving and expanding its leading position in all fast-growing target markets, such as the automotive industry, the aircraft industry and the stationary storage sector.
